Our new collection

We are preparing the next chapter of Defiant Attitude. Delivery services, charges and production times for the new collection are being finalised.

Before ordering, check the delivery information for your chosen item and destination. A production lead time and a courier transit time are different; both affect when an order arrives.

Existing orders

For an order update, email support@defiantattitude.com with your order number. Any delivery or returns terms provided when you placed your order continue to apply.

Returns, faults and exchanges

Please contact us with your order number and the issue before posting anything back, so we can confirm the correct return instructions. For a faulty or incorrect item, a photograph can help us understand the problem.

This launch update does not change your statutory rights or the terms that applied to an existing order.
